Southland Tales

Richard Kelly, o realizador por detrás do excelente filme Donnie Darko , já escreveu e vai dirigir mais um filme que promete. O jovem realizador espera voltar a espantar com uma comédia musical passada em Julho de 2008, em Los Angeles, de nome Southland Tales.

Described as “an ensemble piece set in the futuristic landscape of Los Angeles on July 4, 2008, as it stands on the brink of social, economic and environmental disaster,” the film will star Seann William Scott, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Sarah Michelle Gellar. Kelly and his crew are gearing up to start production on August 1st, and the young filmmaker seems pretty excited about his new project: “The film is going to be a strange hybrid of the sensibilities of Andy Warhol and Philip K. Dick.”
